That’s why this refresher is based on the full diploma I’ve taught for 20 years — covering every aspect of reflexology and all of the National Occupational Standards (reflexology module).

Even if you’ve forgotten what you didn’t realise you’d forgotten, this course will bring it all back.

This course is designed for qualified reflexologists who want to refresh their basic skills or who haven’t been practicing for a while and need guidance. It includes videos for all techniques, plus advice on adapting treatments for specific conditions, so you’ll have practical support every step of the way.

It’s not just an online course — you’ll have a tutorial at the start to make sure you’re confident using the learning platform, and two tutorials at the end: one practical session (you’ll need a client) and a second dedicated to answering all your questions. Plus, you have email support throughout, so don’t sit on those questions — get in touch and get the answers you need.

My name is Dr Jackie James, and I am a reflexologist with over 25 years of experience. I have been running my own reflexology and aromatherapy training school, Calming Influences, for 20 years, supporting practitioners to develop their skills and provide high-quality care to their clients.

In 2024, I completed a Professional Doctorate in Health Sciences at the University of Portsmouth, further enhancing my expertise and understanding of evidence-informed practice.
