Free Reflexology Foot Map

Thank you for downloading the Reflexology Foot Map. I hope you find it a valuable and practical resource to enhance your practice.

Unlike many foot maps that can be complex and overwhelming, this chart presents all the main organs and structures in a clear, simple format using an anatomical approach. This means that if a structure is not specifically marked on the chart, you can still determine its approximate position by referencing the body. This approach allows you to understand reflex points in context, rather than simply memorising their placements.

This map is designed to help you b
uild confidence in locating key reflex points, apply anatomical knowledge to guide your practice, explain reflexology areas to clients in a clear, evidence-informed way and avoid confusion that can come from overly complex charts

Enhancing Practice Through Lifelong Learning

My name is Dr Jackie James, and I am a reflexologist with over 25 years of experience. For the past 20 years, I have run my own reflexology and aromatherapy training school, Calming Influences, where I support practitioners in developing their skills and delivering high-quality, client-centred care.

In 2024, I completed a Professional Doctorate in Health Sciences, which strengthened my expertise in evidence-informed practice and my commitment to advancing standards within the complementary therapy profession. I am passionate about helping therapists reach their full potential through reflective learning and ongoing professional development.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is vital for reflexologists, ensuring that knowledge and skills remain current and aligned with best practice. It promotes confidence, professional credibility, and the ability to adapt treatments to meet the evolving needs of clients. Engaging in CPD also encourages critical thinking, deepens understanding of emerging evidence, and supports the growth of the profession as a whole.
